A much needed fix to the Recent Contacts in 8.5.2

I always thought the 'recent contacts' was a great idea when it was added to a few releases ago.  However, I always found adding your CC & BCC to this list was bogus and just caused a lot of clutter.   8.5.2 appears to give me an option to handle this a little better.



I've just installed this morning so it may take a few days to really test it out but like that I have some options around this feature now.
