    Looking for Sametime Client help

    I've got one user in my environment that is having an odd issue.  When a user tries to chat with them, the window looks like this...
    Notice the s & 3 between their name and status.

    So I went into their preferences and updated their Geographic Location information and now it looks like this...
    Notice the s is still there, but the 3 is gone.

    If I remove the 'Share my location information with other users' it goes back to displaying the s & 3.  Anyone have any ideas where the s & 3 are coming from?  I've looked everywhere I can think of but no luck.

    Appreciate any help.

    Try unchecking the "Display chat partner's business card in the chat window" in YOUR preferences to see if it disappears. Then you'll know it's something to do with their business card. Also check field where the user photo's are stored and see if an errant character got typed in by mistake.

    Did you do a "reset user" already for the Sametime settings\preferences and restart the client?

    Thanks for the responses.

    @ Tim tried this and still no luck.

    @ Garrett in digging around at your thoughts, I came across the issue. The user had updated a few of the fields in their person document.
